The Techflex CCP0.50BK, part of the Clean Cut® series, is a 1/2-inch black expandable braided sleeving designed for hassle-free usage. This product is tailored for situations where a hot knife isn't accessible, making it ideal for field installers. It offers fray-resistant properties even when cut with standard scissors, maintaining a clean end that resists unraveling. The Clean Cut® sleeving provides great coverage while still allowing enough expansion for easy installation over plugs and connectors. Additionally, it has certifications from CSA, RoHS, UL, ABYC, and meets Prop 65 standards, assuring quality and safety. Its design and properties make it a versatile choice for a range of applications, particularly in scenarios requiring frequent adjustments or modifications.

By adjusting the physical characteristics of the polyethylene terepthalate filaments, the engineers at Techflex have produced a product with the same specifications of our PT with the unique advantage of being able to cut the material with ordinary scissors and still maintain an extraordinarily fray-resistant end.

FLEXO CLEAN CUT (CC) is ideal for field installers and other situations where access to a hot knife is impossible. CC's fray-resistant properties allows frequent expansion at the cut end without unraveling. When cut with a hot knife, CC produces a virtually frayless end.
