Returns & Refunds
Tri-Tek Electronics accepts returns for reasons other than warranty issues within 15 days of the original purchase date or receipt of the item, whichever is later.
Before returning any merchandise, please contact us to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Tri-Tek Electronics or another circumstance specifically approved by us.
Returned items must be:
- Complete and intact
- In their original packaging
- In resalable condition
- Accompanied by the applicable Return Authorization Number
Once the returned merchandise has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible. In some cases, a refund may be issued by company check mailed to the billing address associated with the original order.
Non-Returnable and Special-Condition Items
Items marked Closeout are not eligible for return.
Items that were not supplied from our current stock may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Tools are eligible for in-store credit only unless otherwise approved by Tri-Tek Electronics.
Warranty-related returns may be handled differently depending on the manufacturer and the nature of the product issue. Please contact us before returning a warranty item.
