Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped FedEx Ground Residential or Commercial within the domestic United States only (cannot ship to Guam). Any orders shipped within Arizona will have the applicable sales tax added.
Orders for stock items are usually shipped on the same or next business day. Non-stocks items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer, or there may be a lead-time to allow for us to receive the item with a stocking order from the manufacturer.
For orders where FedEx Ground Service has been selected, we may on occassion opt to deliver smaller items via USPS Priority Mail, especially for residential deliveries. Our website does not allow the shopper to choose this option because we cannot always utlize this service. In this event, the FedEx Ground shipping rate will still be charged.
Privacy & Security
All information collected through this website is for the exclusive use of Tri-Tek Electronics, and will not be shared with any third-party or outside company. All payment information is gathered through an SSL-protected webpage and is not stored after transactions have been completed.
Returns & Replacements
Returns for reasons other than warranty issues will be accepted within 15 days of original purchase or receipt of item, whichever is later. Returns must be requested in advance and assigned a Return Authorization Number. Customer to pay all shipping costs. Once item is received and examined, credit will be issued in the form of company check mailed to the billing address on original order. Items must be completely intact, in original packaging and resalable condition.
No returns will be accepted on items marked as "closeout".
Returns may be subject to 15% return fee on items that were not from current stock.
Credit Accounts
We at Tri-Tek Electronics have built our business by working in partnership with our customers to become a preferred supplier of quality products that they can come to again and again for the best service in the industry. We are happy to establish a credit account for your company upon request. Our standard terms are Net 30 days. Please call if you are interested in stting up a credit account. Generally we will not extend credit until after a new customer has made at least one credit card purchase online to establish history. We reserve the right to deny credit to anyone for any reason.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We will accept Purchase Orders once a credit account has been established for your company. Please call us at 1-877-835-7278 to discuss this option. We also offer Lease financing for purchases greater than $3000.00. Please call for details..
International Orders
While we invite business from international customers, we may require a customer provided shipping account depending on the items ordered and destination country. Plesae put your International Courier company name and account number in the order notes, or call us to make arrangements.
International shipping charges computed on this website may not be accurate and are subject to additional charges for destination duties and taxes. .
